Harness Giving Feature Requests

As an Harness admin, I would like the ability to increase/decrease donation amount for recurring gifts on a donors behalf (or allow them to do it) so that we don't have to cancel the donation and create a new one just to increase or decrease the amount.

As the nonprofit, we would like the ability to customize the email and the donor tax receipt that is sent out to Harness so that we can add custom personalization beyond just our colors and logo.

Our donors would like the ability to choose the payment date for their recurring donations. Currently, the recurring gift starts immediately and donates every month on that same date. They'd like the ability to change that payment date so they can choose the best time for them to withdrawal the funds.

Ability to create events and sell tickets to those events in Harness

As a Donor, I would like to be able to use my BANK ACH for making a donation, so that I can make larger donations with lower fees or just to be able to use this as the funding method since it's lower fees and how I like to pay.

We would like the ability to create text messages that we can schedule to send out at a specific time. This would allow us to plan and create our text messages weeks in advance and then schedule them to go out at specific times.

As a Nonprofit, I would like the ability to import our existing contacts/donors into Harness, so that I can start of Harness with our existing set of contacts/donors instead of starting from scratch.

We'd like the ability for donors to have more recurring donation frequency options rather than just Monthly. The primary frequencies that we'd like to see are: weekly, quarterly and yearly

We'd like the ability for our donors to be able to pay for donations with Apple Pay + Google Pay

A Peer2Peer feature that allows for Nonprofit to have P2P Functionality on Harness. This means we''re able to create a P2P program on Harness in which we can enroll, view, market and manage Peer2Peer fundraisers. On the donor side, this means a donor will be able to sign-up to "Fundraise" for a nonprofit.
